Catering, the Hawaiian Way

Makai Poke & Musubi caters parties, office lunches, and celebrations across Jacksonville from our kitchen at 1661 Riverside Ave #127 in Riverside. Our poke is made the traditional Hawaiian way — sashimi-grade ahi and salmon marinated in classic shoyu limu, spicy Hawaiian, tobiko, and yuzu volcanic styles — served over seasoned rice with your choice of toppings. Every package also includes our musubi: Hawaii's favorite hand-held snack of seasoned rice wrapped in nori.

Choose the package that fits your guest count — 20, 30, or 50 people — then pick your poke flavors, musubi flavors, and two toppings. Each guest gets half a pound of poke and a musubi, with rice included. Feeding a different size crowd? We also sell poke by the pound and musubi by the dozen, so you can build exactly what your event needs.

Makai 'Ohana — Serves 20 People — $399 ($19.95 per person): 10 lb of poke (choose 3 flavors), 20 musubi (choose 2 flavors), rice included, choose 2 toppings.

Makai Aloha — Serves 30 People — $579 ($19.30 per person): 15 lb of poke (choose 5 flavors), 30 musubi (choose 3 flavors), rice included, choose 2 toppings.

Makai Lū'au — Serves 50 People — $949 ($18.98 per person): 25 lb of poke (choose up to 7 flavors), 50 musubi (choose up to 4 flavors), rice included, choose 2 toppings.
